In 2014, Fuling established its first overseas factory in the United States, and Fuling's "overseas journey" began. Jiang Guilan, chairman of Fuling, once said, "We have a grand and ideal territory. We are engaged in the research and development of products and automation equipment, the cultivation of technical and management talents in China, and the establishment of production bases in countries and regions with markets around the world. As long as When conditions are ripe, a second and third factory will be built..."

Since the establishment of the first overseas factory in 2014, the pace of Fuling's overseas development has been accelerating. In 2018, it established the Monterrey factory in Mexico and this year's Semarang factory in Indonesia. Today, Fuling's "industry going global" model has gradually evolved from "product going global" to "comprehensive going global" that includes globalization of the industrial chain, internationalization of innovation and R&D, and internationalization of resource allocation.

Fuling Indonesia factory is located in the East Industrial Zone of Semarang City, Central Java, Indonesia, 17 kilometers away from Semarang Port.

The first phase of the project covers an area of ​​9,000 square meters, and the straw and paper cup projects will be put into production. It is expected that the equipment will be commissioned at the end of 2019, and the trial operation will be carried out in early 2020. It is expected to recruit 200 workers, about 60 sets of equipment, and the production capacity during the trial operation is about 300 tons/month.

The second phase of the project is expected to start trial operation in April 2020. About 60 sets of equipment will be added. The main products are disposable tableware, packaging buckets and plates. 

Through the establishment of the Indonesian factory, Fuling can open up the Indonesian market with a population of 262 million and continue to expand the entire Southeast Asian market. Fuling's global strategic map is gradually taking shape. Fuling, the future is bright!
